Hello to all!!

I am so excited to enter into the world of coaching so that I am able to better serve my clients. Have you lost a substantial amount of weight or need to lose weight and want to know how to maintain it? Let me coach you to success. Coaching is not counseling or giving advice its simply spending time listening and together coming up with a plan to achieve your overall health and wellness goal. I believe noone knows you best and all that you need is on the inside of you.

Some of you know me very well and have been on this journey with me a very long time. Hundreds have successfully lost weight rather 12 years ago when I first started in the industry selling Medifast or 7years ago at our franchised Physician WeightLoss Center which later became our first Hcg Medical Clinic. That was almost 5 years ago and alot has changed! I have sat and pondered for the last four years what is the best way to offer the best products that would yield real results. No doubt Hcg is the best when it comes to safe-effective weightloss. However, it has its issues. With all the training all over the world and all my clients success, I have personally witnessed the protocol become mainstream. On the one side I am shouting yah now I do not have to be looked at strange when I consult with people and tell them they have to eat a 500 cal diet and shoot themselves on a daily basis. We now offer a dynamic program that does not require a prescription and yield the same phenomenal results.
